How Nivora works
A quick guide to booking a service, meeting your partner, and paying. Tap any step below.
1 · Book a service
Pick a service on the home screen, choose the option and time that suit you, add your address with a landmark, and confirm. You will see a Booking Confirmed screen right away.
2 · We find you a verified partner
Your request goes to nearby verified partners. When one accepts, the app opens a Partner Assigned screen with your partner's name and a 4-digit start code.
3 · Your 4-digit start code 🔒
Share this code with your partner only when they reach you. They enter it to start the service — it makes sure the right person begins the job. Keep it private until then.
4 · Track your partner
Tap Track your partner to see them approaching on the map. (A live location needs the partner's phone GPS.) You can call your partner from here too.
5 · If your partner cancels
No need to rebook. If a partner can't make it, Nivora automatically looks for a new partner for the same booking and shows you a fresh start code once someone accepts.
6 · Pay & rate
After the service, pay by UPI or cash — you'll see the amount and a request to confirm. Then rate your partner so we keep quality high.
