How Nivora works

Everything you need to receive jobs, serve customers, and get paid.
1 · Go Available 🟡
Turn on Available for jobs at the top of your dashboard. You can only accept requests while you are Available. Switch to Unavailable whenever you need a break.
2 · New job requests
Requests for your service appear on your dashboard with a sound and notification. Each card shows the service, address, time and customer name.
3 · Accept or Decline
Tap Accept to take a job — it becomes yours and disappears from other partners. Tap Decline to pass; it is removed from your list. Accept only what you can complete.
4 · Reach the customer
Head to the address shown. Keep your phone's location on so the customer can see you approaching on their map. You can call the customer from the active job card.
5 · Start with the code 🔑
When you arrive, ask the customer for their 4-digit start code and enter it to begin. This confirms you reached the right customer before the service starts.
6 · Finish & get paid
Mark the job complete when done. Collect payment by UPI or cash as the customer chooses. Your commission is shown on each job — settle Nivora's share using the Pay Nivora option.
If you must cancel
Only cancel an accepted job if you truly cannot complete it. The job is released back to other available partners, and frequent cancelling can affect your rating.
